What to write about

• A specification that disagrees with what the authority currently publishes — please include the country and a link to the official page. These are the messages we act on fastest.
• A country or document type you would like covered. Tell us which authority publishes the requirement and it becomes much easier to add.
• Privacy requests: what we hold about you, or deletion of your email address from the release list. Answered within five business days.
• Problems with the app, refunds and purchase issues. Note that refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us — but tell us anyway if something is broken.
• Press and partnership enquiries.

Reporting a specification error

These matter more than anything else here. A wrong measurement on this site becomes a wrong photo in someone’s application, so we would rather hear about ten false alarms than miss one real error. If you can, include the country, the document type, the figure you believe is wrong, and a link to the authority’s page showing the correct one. We check it against the source and, if it is wrong, correct the data and update the verification date.

Response times

Samji ICT is a small operation, so replies are written by a person rather than generated. Privacy requests are answered within five business days. Everything else is usually answered within a few days.
